If you want to move your domain from us to another registrar, complete the following procedure.
1. Contact our support team. To move your domain, write our specialists. The migration process differs depending on the domain zone, but usually, you will need a specialized secret key, which can be issued by our specialist. You can get this key free of charge, but if the domain is about to expire, be ready that you will first need to extend it with us. Otherwise, the migration procedure will be unavailable. To get a key, in some domain zones you will need to specify the official name and identifier of the new registrar, therefore, you’d better find out this information in advance. Your request should look something like this: “I need a transfer code to move my domain... to a new registrar with the official name ... and identifier...”
2. Contact the support team of the new registrar. After you receive a code from us, send it to the new registrar along win your request. There, you will receive an invoice for migration. Once you pay the invoice, a message with a link to confirm migration will be sent to the email specified in the domain contact data. During migration using the link, you should not pay any money for this service. If someone requests money for it, most likely, this is a letter from scammers.
3. After you follow the link, the domain will be moved to the new registrar within 10 days. Later, you will pay for this domain to this registrar. After this term expires, you can ask the registrar if the website has moved to its platform.
